PDC Energy (PDCE), Bill Barrett Corporation (NYSE:BBG), and Noble Energy (NYSE:NBL), are all suppliers of services linked to the procurement and sale of natural gas liquids in Colorado’s Denver-Julesburg Basin, but are expecting constraints on growth that could negatively impact their ability to grow during the next 12 to 15 months. In reaction, Well Fargo has downgraded their shares.

Kinder Morgan (NYSE:KMI) shares drop after hours on word that selling shareholders will begin a public offering of around 69.3 million shares of common stock. The company will receive none of the proceeds, as neither KMI nor its management is selling any shares in the offering.
