According to Reuters, Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) , who is raising a multibillion-dollar infrastructure fund, may have the Volcker Rule to contend with. The rule limits the amount of capital an American bank can invest in risky ventures.

DreamWorks (NASDAQ:DWA) enters a slew of new distribution deals with independent distribution companies such as Entertainment One, Constantin Film, Nordisk Film and Italia Film as a part of its revamped international strategy. These partnerships, that address Europe, Africa and the Middle East, “will provide a company with additional financial flexibility, while also taking advantage of a burgeoning global market.”
