Dividend Changes to Know Now: Western Union, Kimco Realty, HSN, Spectra Energy, Breitburn Energy Partners

Western Union Co. (NYSE:WU): Western Union raises dividend 25% to 12.5c per share from 10c per share. The company announced that its board declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12.5c per common share, payable December 31 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 17. The 12.5c quarterly dividend, which equates to 50c annually, represents a 25% increase from the previous quarterly dividend of 10c per common share, or 40c annually.

Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE:KIM): Kimco Realty announced a 10.5% increase in dividend to 21c per share.

HSN, Inc. (NASDAQ:HSNI): HSN, Inc.increases quarterly dividend 44% to 18c per share. HSNi’s board of directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of 18c per share payable December 19 to shareholders of record as of December 5. This dividend represents a 44% increase in the prior dividend of 12.5c per share

Spectra Energy Corp. (NYSE:SE): Spectra Energy raises quarterly dividend 8.9% to 30.5c per share. The dividend is payable on December 10 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 12.

Breitburn Energy Partners LP (NASDAQ:BBEP): BreitBurn Energy raises quarterly dividend to 46.4c per share. BreitBurn Energy Partners L.P. announced a cash distribution of 46.5c per unit for Q3, or $1.86 per unit on an annualized basis, for all of its outstanding units. This distribution represents an increase from the Q2 distribution, which was 46c per unit, or $1.84 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on November 14 to the record holders of common units at the close of business on November 9.
