West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (NYSE:WST): West Pharmaceutical raises quarterly dividend to 19c from 18c per share. The fourth quarter dividend will be paid on November 7 to shareholders of record on October 24.

Calavo Growers Inc. (NASDAQ:CVGW): Calavo Growers raises annual dividend 18% to 65c from 55c per share. The board set December 12 as the payment date to all stockholders of record as of November 28.

Oracle Corp. (NASDAQ:ORCL): Oracle CEO says most likely will see gradual dividend increases;nothing dramatic. Comment made on CNBC interview.

Corning Inc. (NYSE:GLW): Corning raises quarterly dividend 20% to 9c per share. The fourth-quarter dividend will be payable on December 14 to holders of record November 16.

Phillips 66 (NYSE:PSX): Phillips 66 raises quarterly dividend 25% to 25c per share. The dividend is payable on December 3 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 15.
