Waddell & Reed Financial Inc. (NYSE:WDR): Waddell & Reed raise quarterly dividend 12% to 28c per share from 25c per share. The board has approved an increase in the quarterly dividend to 28c per share payable on February 1, 2013 to stockholders of record as of January 11, 2013. This new quarterly rate represents an increase of 12% over the previous 25c dividend per share rate.

National Retail Properties, Inc. (NYSE:NNN): National Retail Properties raises dividend to 41.41c per share from 40c . The board of National Retail Properties declared a cash dividend on its 6.625% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock of 41.41c per depositary share, from 40c per depository share, payable December 14, to shareholders of record on November 30.

National Oilwell Varco, Inc. (NYSE:NOV): National Oilwell increases regular quarterly dividend to 13c per share. National Oilwell Varco announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend to 13c per share of common stock, payable on December 21 to each stockholder of record on December 7.

The Bank of South Carolina Corporation (NASDAQ:BKSC): Bank of South Carolina increases dividend to 12c from 11c per share. The Board of Directors of Bank of South Carolina Corporation, the parent company for The Bank of South Carolina, increased its quarterly dividend from 11c per share to 12c per share, payable December 31 to shareholders of record as of November 30.

Orchids Paper Products Company (AMEX:TIS): Orchids Paper increases dividend to 25c from 20c per share. The Board of Directors of Orchids Paper Products authorized an increase in its quarterly cash dividend from 20c per outstanding share to 25c per outstanding share of the company’s common stock. The increased dividend will be effective for the dividend payable on December 18 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 3.
