W. P. Carey & Co. LLC (NYSE:WPC): W.P. Carey raises quarterly dividend to 66c per share. W. P. Carey reported that its board had increased its Q4 cash distribution to 66c per share which equates to an annualized rate of $2.64. Payable on January 15, 2013 to shareholders of record as of December 31.
Norwood Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:NWFL): Norwood Financial Corporation increases dividend 3.3% to 31c per share. Norwood Financial Corp and its subsidiary, Wayne Bank, announced that the board declared a 31c per share quarterly dividend payable February 1, 2013 to shareholders of record as of January 15, 2013. The 31c per share represents a 1c per share or 3.3% increase over the 30c per share dividend paid on November 1.

Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. (NYSE:UBA): Urstadt Biddle Properties raises quarterly dividend to 25c per share. At their regular meeting yesterday, the Directors of Urstadt Biddle Properties approved an increase in the quarterly dividend rate declared for its Class A Common stock. The quarterly dividend rate declared for the Class A Common stock was increased to 25c per share which represents an annualized increase of 1c per share for the Class A Common shares. In consideration of the company’s charter requirement that the Class A Common dividend rate be at least 10% higher than the Common dividend rate, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend for the Common shares of 22.5c per share, unchanged from the prior year. The 1c increase on the Class A Common stock dividend represents the nineteenth consecutive year that the company has increased total dividends to its shareholders. The Class A Common and Common dividends are payable January 18, 2013 to stockholders of record on January 4, 2013. The dividends declared represent the 172nd consecutive quarterly dividend on common shares declared since the Company began operating in 1969.
Amgen Inc. (NASDAQ:AMGN): Amgen increases dividend 31% to 47c per share. Amgen announced that its board declared a 47c per share dividend for 1Q13. The dividend will be paid on March 7, 2013 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 13, 2013. This represents an approximate 31% increase from that paid in each of the previous four quarters.
RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE:RLJ): RLJ Lodging Trust increases Q4 dividend to 20.5c per share. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2013 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2012. The company’s 20.5c cash dividend represents an increase of 4c, or approximately 24%, over the prior quarter’s 16.5c cash dividend. Including the company’s fourth quarter dividend, the Company will have declared an aggregate cash dividend of 70c for 2012. Based on the company’s common stock closing price of $18.75 on December 13, 2012, the annualized dividend represents a 3.7% yield.
