Cantel Medical Corp. (NYSE:CMN): Cantel Medical authorizes increase in semiannual dividend. Cantel Medical announced that its board approved an increase in its semiannual cash dividend to 5.5c per outstanding share of the company’s Common Stock. The dividend is payable on December 14 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 14.
Sandy Spring Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ:SASR): Sandy Spring Bancorp increases quarterly dividend to 14c/share . Sandy Spring Bancorp, the parent company of Sandy Spring Bank, announced that the board of directors has declared a quarterly common stock dividend of 14c per share payable Nov. 14 to shareholders of record on Nov. 7. This dividend represents an increase of $0.02 to the dividend paid in Q3 of 2012. With the payment of this dividend, the total dividend to shareholders year-to-date is 48c per share compared to 34c per share in 2011, an increase of 14c or 41.2%.
Thomas Properties Group Inc. (NASDAQ:TPGI): Thomas Properties increases dividend 33% to 2c per share. Thomas Properties Group announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 2c per share of common stock. This represents a 33% increase in the quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable on November 29 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 15.
