Dividend Changes to Know Now: Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Steris, NorthStar Realty Finance, Spectra Energy, Carlisle Companies

Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Incorporated (NYSE:RBA): Ritchie Bros. increases quarterly dividend by 9% to 12.25c. The dividend is payable on September 7 to shareholders of record as of August 17.

Steris Corp. (NYSE:STE): Steris Board increases quarterly dividend by 2c to 19c/share.

NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. (NYSE:NRF): Northstar Realty increases quarterly dividend by 6.7%. The board increased the quarterly dividend to 16c per share from 15c per share. The dividend is expected to be paid on August 17 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 13.

Spectra Energy Corp. (NYSE:SE): Spectra says still on track to deliver annual dividend increase. Says remains on track to deliver at least an 8c annual dividend increase through 2014.

Carlisle Companies Inc. (NYSE:CSL): Carlisle increases quarterly dividend 11.1% to 20c per share from 18c. The dividend is payable on September 1, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2012.
