Griffon Corporation (NYSE:GFF): Griffon raises quarterly dividend 25% to 2.5c per share. The dividend is payable on December 26 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 29.

Associated Banc-Corp (NASDAQ:ASBC): Associated Banc-Corp raises dividend to 8c from 5c. The Board of Directors of Associated Banc-Corp has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 8c per common share, payable on December 17 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 3. The Board of Directors has also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 50c per depositary share on Associated Banc-Corp’s 8.00% Series B Perpetual Preferred Stock to hareholders of record at the close of business on December 3, 2012, with the dividend payable date of December 15 and an actual payment date of Monday, December 17.

Teck Resources Limited (NYSE:TCK): Teck Resources announces 12.5% dividend increase. Teck Resources announced that it will pay an eligible dividend of 45c per share on its outstanding Class A common shares and Class B subordinate voting shares on Jan. 2, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 14, 2012. This represents a 12.5% increase from the previous dividend.

StanCorp Financial Group Inc. (NYSE:SFG): StanCorp Financial raises annual cash dividend 4.5% to 93c from 89c. The board of StanCorp Financial Group declared an annual cash dividend on its common shares of 93c per share, payable December 7, to shareholders of record on November 23. The annual cash dividend of 93c per share represents a 4.5% increase over last year’s dividend of 89c per share.

SY Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ:SYBT): S.Y. Bancorp increases dividend 5.3% to 20c from 19c. S.Y. Bancorp’s board of directors has increased the company’s quarterly cash dividend 5.3% to 20c per common share from the previous rate of 19c per common share. The new rate will go into effect with the next payment on December 31 to stockholders of record as of December 10.
