Dividend Changes to Know Now: Enbridge, CH Robinson Worldwide, Associated Estates Realty, Ecolab

Enbridge Inc. (NYSE:ENB): Enbridge increases dividend by 12%; strong outlook for growth. Enbridge announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.315 per common share, payable on March 1, 2013 to shareholders of record on February 15, 2013. The dividend reflects a 12% increase from the prior quarterly rate. Enbridge also announced a guidance range for 2013 adjusted earnings of $1.74 to $1.90 per share.

CH Robinson Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ:CHRW): C.H. Robinson increases dividend to 35c from 33c per share. C.H. Robinson Worldwide announced that its board declared an increase to its regular quarterly cash dividend from 33c per share to 35c per share, payable on December 31 to shareholders of record on December 17.

Associated Estates Realty Corp. (NYSE:AEC): Associated Estates raises quarterly dividend 5.6% to 19c from 18c per share. The dividend is payable February 1, 2013 to shareholders of record on January 15, 2013.

Ecolab Inc. (NYSE:ECL): Ecolab raises cash dividend 15% to 23c per share from 20c per share. The board of Ecolab declared an increase in the company’s quarterly cash dividend of 15% to 23c, from 20c, per common share, to be paid December 28 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 18. This results in a new indicated annual cash dividend of 92c per share.
