C&F Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:CFFI): C&F Financial increases quarterly dividend by 7.41% to 29c from 27c. The dividend is payable December 21 to shareholders of record on December 14.

Towne Bank (NASDAQ:TOWN): TowneBank raises quarterly dividend 12.5% to 9c per share. The dividend is payable on December 28 to shareholders of record on December 7.

OGE Energy Corp. (NYSE:OGE): OGE Energy raises annual dividend to $1.67 from $1.57 per share. The increase is effective with the first-quarter 2013 dividend of 41.75c per common share of stock, to be paid Jan. 30, 2013, to shareowners of record Jan. 10, 2013. The company has paid quarterly dividends uninterrupted for the past 65 years.

Walt Disney Co. (NYSE:DIS): Disney increases annual dividend 25% to 75c per share. The Walt Disney Company board declared an annual cash dividend of 75c per share, up 25%, or 15c per share, from the previous year. The dividend is payable on December 28 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 10.

Financial Institutions Inc. (NASDAQ:FISI): Financial Institutions increases Q4 dividend by 14% to 16c. Financial Institutions has approved a 2c per share or 14% increase in its quarterly cash dividend to 16c per outstanding common share. The company also announced dividends of 75c per share on Series A 3% preferred stock and $2.12 per share on series B-1 8.48% preferred stock. All dividends are payable January 2, 2013 to shareholders of record on December 17, 2012.
