CapLease (NYSE:LSE): CapLease raises quarterly dividend 3 percent to 7.75 cents per share. The company’s Board of Directors announced an increase in the company’s quarterly dividend by 3 percent beginning with 1Q13. The company has now increased the dividend for three consecutive quarters, representing an increase of 19 percent since 2Q12. The dividend is payable on April 15 to stockholders of record as of April 4.
