American Realty (ARCP) raises annual dividend to 89.5c . American Realty Capital Properties announced that, on Sept. 30 its board of directors authorized and the company declared, its fourth consecutive quarterly increase to the company’s annual dividend. The company will increase its annual distribution per share by $0.005, from $0.890 to $0.895 per annum. The new annual distribution rate will accrue commencing on November 9, 2012. Distributions will continue to be paid on the 15th day of each month to stockholders of record at the close of business on the 8th day of such month.

Memorial Production (MEMP) increases quarterly dividend to 49.5c. The dividend represents a 4.2% increase over the annualized minimum quarterly distribution of $1.90 per unit.

Bank of the Ozarks, Inc. (NASDAQ:OZRK): Bank of the Ozarks increases quarterly dividend by 7%. The board has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of 14c per common share payable October 19 to shareholders of record as of October 12.

Alico Inc. (NASDAQ:ALCO): Alico increases dividend to 8c per share from 4c per share. Alico announced that its board declared a 1Q13 cash dividend in the amount of 8c per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend is to be paid to shareholders of record as of December 28, with the payment expected on January 14, 2013.

Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ:EPHC): Epoch increases dividend to 10c per share from 8c per share. Epoch Holding Corporation announced that its board has approved an increase in the quarterly dividend from to 10c per share from 8c. The dividend is payable on November 5 to shareholders of record as of October 22.
