American Equity Investment Life Holding Company announced that its board has declared an annual cash dividend of 15c per share to owners of its common stock. This is a 25% increase from the 12c annual dividend declared on November 16, 2011. The dividend will be payable on December 17 to shareholders of record as of December 3.

Quest Diagnostics Inc. (NYSE:DGX): Quest Diagnostics raises quarterly dividend 30c per share from 17c per share. Quest Diagnostics’ board authorized a 76% increase in its quarterly dividend to 30c per share, up from 17c per share, or $1.20 per share annually, payable on January 28, 2013, to shareholders of record of Quest Diagnostics common stock on January 11, 2013.

PCTEL, Inc. (NASDAQ:PCTI): PCTEL, Inc. increases quarterly dividend to 3.5c from 3c. PCTEL’s Board of Directors had approved a 16.6% increase in the company’s regular quarterly dividend to 3.5c per share on its common stock. The quarterly dividend had been 3c per share. This dividend will be payable on February 15, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 8, 2013.
