Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSCO) announced its board declared a quarterly dividend of 8c per common share, a 2c increase over the previous quarter’s dividend, to be paid on April 25 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 5.

Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE:FNF) announced that its Board of Directors has declared an increased quarterly cash dividend of 14c per share, an increase of 17% from the previous quarterly cash dividend of 12c per share. The dividend will be payable March 30, to stockholders of record as of March 16.

Chesapeake Lodging Trust Common (NYSE:CHSP) announced that its board of trustees has declared a dividend payment of 22c per common share, to be paid on April 13 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31. The dividend represents a 5% annualized yield based on yesterday’s closing price.

Eastern Company (AMEX:EML): The board increased its quarterly dividend to 10c per share from 9c per share. The dividend is payable March 15 to common stock shareholders of record as of February 22.

Lazard Ltd. (NYSE:LAZ): Lazard expects to increase their quarterly dividend by 25% to 20c in April.
