NGL Energy Partners LP (NYSE:NGL) increases dividend 13.8% to 36.25c. NGL Energy Partners announced that the board of directors of its general partner has approved a quarterly cash distribution of $.4125 per unit for the quarter ended June 30. The cash distribution will be paid August 14 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on August 3. This distribution represents a 13.8% increase over the quarterly distribution of 36.25c per unit paid in May for the quarter ended March 31.

Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ:EROC) increases dividend 17% yearly to 22c. Eagle Rock Energy Partners declared a cash distribution for the quarter ended June 30 of 22c per common unit, equivalent to 88c per unit on an annualized basis. This distribution is equal to the distribution paid for the Q1 and represents a 17% increase from the distribution paid for the Q2 of 2011.
Newmont Mining Corp. (NYSE:NEM) raises quarterly dividend to 35c. Newmont Mining announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 35c of common stock, payable on Sept. 28, to holders of record at the close of business on Sept. 6. Newmont has revised its gold price-linked dividend policy from the company’s average realized gold price to the average London P.M. Fix price for the preceding quarter. The Q3 dividend of 35c per share was based on the average London P.M. Fix of $1,609 per ounce for Q2 of 2012.
Provident Financial Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:PROV) increases quarterly cash dividend by 25%. Provident Financial Holdings, the holding company for Provident Savings Bank, F.S.B., announced that the company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 5c per share, reflecting a 25% increase from the 4c per share paid on June 1. Shareholders of the company’s common stock at the close of business on Aug. 15 will be entitled to receive the cash dividend. The cash dividend will be payable on Sept. 5.
Motorola, Inc. (NYSE:MSI) board raises quarterly dividend 18% to 26c per share. The next quarterly dividend will be payable on Oct. 15, 2012, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 14, 2012.
