Dividend Changes on the Week: FLY Leasing, IAC/InterActiveCorp, Penn Virginia Resource Partners, Baxter International

FLY Leasing Limited (NYSE:FLY) increases its Q2 dividend to 22c per share.

IAC/InterActiveCorp. (NASDAQ:IACI) raises its quarterly dividend from 12c to 24c.

Penn Virginia Resource Partners LP (NYSE:PVR) increases quarterly dividend to 53c. The board increased the quarterly distribution to 53c from 52c per share. The dividend is payable on August 14 to common unitholders of record at the close of business on August 6.

Baxter International Inc. (NYSE:BAX) raises dividend 34% to 45c per share. Baxter’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 45c per Baxter common share, payable on October 1, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 7, 2012. This represents an annual dividend rate of $1.80 per share, and an increase of more than 34% over the previous annual rate of $1.34. With this increase, Baxter’s current payout ratio increases from approximately 30% to approximately 40%.
