Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE:OMC) increased its quarterly cash dividend by 20%, raising it from 25c to 30c per outstanding share. The dividend is payable on April 2 to Omnicom Group common shareholders of record at the close of business on March 5.

Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE:OXY): The 54c per share quarterly dividend will be payable on April 15 to stockholders of record as of March 9.
