Apartment Investment & Management Co. (NYSE:AIV): The Aimco Board intends to increase the company’s quarterly dividend 11%, from 18c to 20c per share, at its next meeting in July.

Assurant Inc. (NYSE:AIZ): The dividend will be payable on June 12 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 29.

American Water Works Company, Inc. (NYSE:AWK): American Water Works announced that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend payment from 23c to 25c per share, an 8.7% increase. The increased dividend is payable on September 3 to all shareholders of record as of July 6. The company also refined its dividend policy so that future increases in dividends will be at a rate similar to the increase in earnings per share growth, with a payout ratio between 50%-60% of net income.

Cabot Corp. (NYSE:CBT): The dividend is payable on June 15 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 1.
