Calamp (NASDAQ:CAMP): Shares of the amplifier and satellite antenna manufacturer were up a huge 16.61 percent after it bumped up its revenue guidance for the first quarter from a range of $38 million – $41 million to a considerably higher $43.5 million to $44 million, against a consensus of $38.75 million.  The shares closed at $6.81, up $0.97. They have traded in a 52-week range of $2.60 to $6.79.

China Transinfo Tech (NASDAQ:CTFO): Shares of this provider of end-to-end intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and technology solutions servicing the transportation industry in China zoomed up 18.36 percent after it agreed to sell itself to TransCloud Co for $5.80 a share to be paid in cash. The shares closed at $5.35, up $0.83. They have traded in a 52-week range of $2.07 to $5.20.

Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS): Hulu is the ad-supported streaming video service of TV shows and movies from NBC, Fox, ABC, and other networks and studios. Its Hulu Plus offering has notched up 2 million subscribers within only 21 months of coming online, according to comments by Hulu CEO Jason Kilar.  The shares closed at $46.24, up $0.61 or 1.34 percent on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $28.19 to $46.22.

Edison International (NYSE:EIX): At a Southern California media meet Chairman and CEO Ted Craver clarified that the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) would restart only after consideration of all safety aspects and regardless of timelines. The status of SONGS unit 2  and plans of its operation would be informed end-July via a plan to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission after completion of safety inspections and testing by the SCE. The shares closed at $46.04, up $0.4 or 0.88 percent on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $32.64 to $45.97.

Ocwen Financial Corp (NYSE:OCN): Shares of the company rose 3.17 percent after it received an Overweight rating and price target of $20 at Evercore. The shares closed at $17.25, up $0.53. They have traded in a 52-week range of $10.81 to $16.99.
