Diebold Reaches Deal to Sell Manufacturing Operations and 3 Stocks Hitting 52-Week Lows

Diebold (NYSE:DBD): Closing price $27.61

Diebold will divest its Lynchburg, Virginia, and Lexington, North Carolina, manufacturing operations to Porter’s Group, a supplier to the seller that specializes in metal fabrication services such as light sheet metal and heavy metal elements. Porter’s will continue to provide fabricated metal components and products to Diebold from its various locations and will add capacity in Lynchburg in order to serve additional customers. Shares closed down 1.71 percent on the day at $27.61, and have been traded in a 52-week range of $27.66 to $42.93.
