Apple Inc.’s (NASDAQ:AAPL) court victory over Samsung Electronics (SSNLF) shows its dominance of the wireless industry and may force carriers, and even Google (NASDAQ:GOOG), to reconsider their product plans and strategies, according to the Wall Street Journal. The shares closed at $675.68, up $12.46 or 1.88% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $354.24 to $674.88.

Automatic Data Proce (NASDAQ:ADP) announced it has entered into a new three-year agreement to be the single provider of payroll services, compliance and benefits solutions to BizUnite and its 150 member organizations. The shares closed at $58.51, up $0.09 or 0.15% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $45.85 to $58.67.

Amazon.Com (NASDAQ:AMZN) announced that it currently ships more items with Prime Free Two-Day Shipping than with Free Super Saver Shipping, which is the program Amazon began in 2002 that offers free shipping on orders costing more than $25. The shares closed at $243.92, down $1.82 or 0.74% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $166.97 to $246.87.

CBS Corp. (NYSE:CBS): In a Los Angeles federal court, Fox Broadcasting Co., a News Corp. (NASDAQ:NWSA) unit, has sought a preliminary court ban against Dish Network’s (NASDAQ:DISH) feature that enables consumers to skip commercials, stating that it will lose revenue, according to Bloomberg. Also, Fox is trying to stop Dish from offering a function intended to record all prime time shows on the four major U.S. networks, and it would save them for as many as eight days. The shares closed at $36.46, down $0.09 or 0.25% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $17.99 to $36.63.

Cytec Industries Inc (NYSE:CYT): Blackstone (NYSE:BX), Apollo (NASDAQ:APO) and Advent International are among the private equity firms that are rumored to be interested in Cytec’s (NYSE:CYT) coatings resin business, which may bring in $1.3 billion in a sale, according to the Wall Street Journal, citing sources. Japan’s Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings and the private-equity arm of Rhone Group are interested as well. The shares closed at $67.03, up $2.57 or 3.99% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $32.02 to $65.94.
