Wireless infrastructure provider Crown Castle (NYSE:CCI) is to acquire rights to about 7,200 towers from T-Mobile for $ 2.4 billion in cash enhancing the former’s market leading position as a provider of wireless infrastructure. T-Mobile benefits from the cash allowing it to concentrate on its $ 4 billion network modernisation to enable 4G services.

Starbucks’ (NASDAQ:SBUX) 50:50 joint venture with Indian company Tata Global Beverages will finally see its first store in India open by the end of October. The joint-venture had announced in January their intention to open 50 Starbucks cafes in their first year of operations.
