DeVry Inc. (NYSE:DV): Poor news came from the Chronicle of Higher Education that the attorneys general of 21 states called on congress to change the law so veterans’ benefits count toward the 90% cap on the amount of revenue for-profit colleges can receive from the federal government. DeVry shares suffered a hit from the news, falling 3.78% to close at $27.51. They have traded in a 52-week range of $27.61 to $66.85.
