Constellation Energy Partners LLC (NYSEARCA:CEP): Sees 2012 capital spending $15.0M-$19.0M. Of this amount, $15.0M is maintenance capital. Sees 2012 operating costs $42.5M-$46.0M. The company’s 2012 hedges provide price certainty on approximately 69% of the company’s 2012 midpoint production forecast. The remainder of the company’s production for 2012 is subject to market conditions and pricing.
