Capital One Financial Corp. (NYSE:COF) price target has been increased by Bernstein because of improving credit performance. Shares have an Outperform rating.

Thor Industries Inc. (NYSE:THO) price target has been increased by Baird after its Q4 results due to solid margins and a reduced tax rate. The firm thinks that investors are looking at RV stocks to pursue a derivative play on housing, improving industry trends, and have more of a risk appetite for stocks. Shares are Outperform rated.

Itron, Inc. (NASDAQ:ITRI) along with Manas (MNAP) were awarded a contract under which they are to supply and deliver a comprehensive water solution to Kocaeli Water and Sewage Administration, which is a regional water utility located in Turkey, and purchased Itron’s commercial and industrial water meters, advanced data collection system and software, and  consulting and support services. With installation underway, the utility intends to have the system fully deployed by May 2013.
