Corning (NYSE:GLW) said on Monday that, through its previously announced cash tender offer, 74,681,000 million in aggregate principal amount of debentures subject to the offer were validly tendered and not validly withdrawn before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, November 8th, which constituted the Early Tender Date for the tender offer. The figures are from information supplied by D.F. King & Co., serving as the depositary for the offer.

Philip Morris International (NYSE:PM) shares closed Monday at $84.96, which is around 4.58 percent below its 50-day moving average and 0.73 percent under its 200-day moving average. Further, the stocks are 9.25 percent under its 52-week high and 26.61 percent over its 52-week low. The firm’s price-to-equity ratio stands at 17.08 with a market cap of $142.70 billion.
