Jarden Corporation (NYSE:JAH) sees 2011 revenue $6.68B vs. consensus $6.67B. Sees 2011 segment earnings $785M-$790M. Sees cash on hand over $800M at year-end.

The shares closed at $33.79, up $3.08, or 10.03%, on the day. Its market capitalization is $3.07 billion.

Coach, Inc. (NYSE:COH) says “Internationally, our directly-operated businesses are also growing nicely, as China continues to post excellent gains and remains on track to generate at least $300M in sales this year.” Says on track to acquire Malaysian retail business in July.

The shares closed at $67.97, up $3.73, or 5.81%, on the day. Its market capitalization is $19.84 billion.

Sony Corporation (NYSE:SNE): The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry reported that music industry revenue fell to $16.2B in 2011 from $16.7B the prior year, but label executives are encouraged that the decline of around 3% was smaller than the 8% drop in 2010, reported Reuters yesterday.

The shares closed at $17.95, down $0.58, or 3.13%, on the day. Its market capitalization is $18.01 billion.

Harley-Davidson, Inc. (NYSE:HOG) CEO Keith Wandell, commented: “At retail, we believe the solid improvement in new Harley-Davidson motorcycle sales reflects the strong appeal of our product lineup to a diverse customer base and the great efforts of our dealers, combined with results from our investments in growth opportunities across all regions and improved consumer confidence in the U.S. While we are encouraged by the retail sales trend, we continue to keep a close watch on the marketplace and remain cautious in our expectations for 2012.”

The shares closed at $43.32, up $1.45, or 3.46%, on the day. Its market capitalization is $10.07 billion.
