It is believed by the analyst Frank Byrt that several multimedia stocks, such as Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. (NYSE:SNI), Time Warner Cable Inc. (NYSE:TWC), Discovery Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:DISCA), Time Warner Inc. (NYSE:TWX), and Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCSA), might rethink the idea of dismissing revenue off of reliable cable and satellite fees with Europe. That sector has outperformed broad market indexes thus far in 2012 as sales kept moving right along, in spite of all the dismay over cord-cutting and disruptive business models.
