Nike Inc.’s (NYSE:NKE) neon yellow “volt” footwear was widely displayed at the London Olympics, and may well have bested that of the official International Olympics Committee sponsor Adidas AG (ADDYY.PK), which might generate a better-than-expected jump in sales. Shares of Liberty Media Corp. (NASDAQ:LMCA) moved up on Monday, as the firm waits to see if the Federal Communications Commission will award it “de facto” control of Sirius XM Radio Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI). Wunderlich Securities forecasts that Mel Karmazin will remain on board if Liberty gets its wish.
