In a 9/11 related case, American Airlines (AAMRQ.PK) and United Continental Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:UAL) must now go to trial concerning property damage to the World Trade Center buildings, subsequent to a New York judge’s ruling that he was unable to determine if insurance payments covered the damages that World Trade Center Properties LLC is seeking. The two carriers were allegedly negligent during the terrorist incident, according to the filing.
Kohl’s Corporation (NYSE:KSS) will set up 36 new electric vehicle charging stations at 18 locations in Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin, as restaurant chains and retailers more and more eyeing the potential for bringing in new traffic with local EV stations. Kohl’s is setting an example by advancing its initiative beyond the stage of a pilot program.
