Consumer Business Review: Chrysler Votes On Contract, Zeebox Launches Media Service

And now there are three, sort of — Chrysler (FIATY.PK) has agreed to a new four-year labor agreement with the Canadian Auto Workers union and thus avoids a work stoppage, but it could not shrink the gap in costs between American and Canadian workers. General Motors Company (NYSE:GM) and Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) were also unable to accomplish that one elusive task, but now Chrysler’s union staff and GM workers are voting on the new agreement, as it stands.

The novel TV watching application Zeebox was introduced Thursday in the United States, with its interactive media service available online and also on Android and Apple devices. Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCSA), NBCUniversal and HBO (NYSE:TWX) are in support of the upstart company.
