Constellation Brands, Inc. Comm (NYSE:STZ) will gain from AB Inbev’s (NYSE:BUD) purchase of Modelo, says UBS, either through a renewal of the Crown joint venture, which is priced at about $10 per share, or if it receives a payout of approximately $8 per share. On Monday the shares closed up 12.85 percent at $21.86, having traded between $16.42 and $24.87 in a 52-week range.

GenOn Energy, Inc. Common Stock (NYSE:GEN) shares closed up 8.16 percent at $1.59, and have traded in a 52-week range between $1.24 and $4.14.
