AT&T, Inc. Robert Vrij will become President of Global Sales & Marketing, taking a role of leading a single global sales organization to oversee and manage all customer-facing commercial relationships. Stephen A. Carter is to become President of Managed Services & EVP Corporate Restructuring; overseeing the Performance Program and Corporate Marketing & Corporate Communications. The shares traded up $0.02 (1.74%) recently at $1.17.

Clearwire Corporation (NASDAQ:CLWR) along with EarthLink (NASDAQ:ELNK) announced a wholesale agreement enabling EarthLink to offer its customers high-speed fixed and mobile broadband service using Clearwire’s 4G network. The shares traded up $0.05 (3.01%) recently at $1.71.
