Citigroup (NYSE:C) unit has been fined $2 million by the top securities regulator of Massachusetts because one of the bank’s senior analysts allegedly allowed a junior to e-mail Citi’s opinion on Facebook financials before its IPO.

Oshkosh (NYSE:OSK), a manufacturer of specialty vehicles and vehicle bodies, announced today that its board unanimously rejected a $32.50/share tender offer by Carl Icahn, as the offer was inadequate, significantly undervalued Oshkosh and not in the best interests of the shareholders.

Manufacturer of driveline, drivetrain and chassis systems, American Axle & Manufacturing (NYSE:AXL), reports third quarter EPS of -$0.11 which misses by $0.44, and revenues of $702.9 million which beat by $16 million and are up 8.5% year-on-year.

Diversified, national, managed health care provider Coventry Health Care (NYSE:CVH) reports third quarter EPS of $0.78 which beats by $0.05, and revenues of $3.46 billion which miss by $40 million but are up 16% year-on-year.
