Zynga, Inc. (NASDAQ:ZNGA): Zynga mentioned cautiously at Pacific Crest
MetroPCS Communications, Inc. (NYSE:PCS): Piper Jaffray believes that Verizon (NYSE:VZ) may launch a separate prepaid brand that would pressure MetroPCS (NYSE:PCS) and Leap Wireless (NASDAQ:LEAP). Although the firm thinks that Verizon may not launch such a brand, it predicts that the carrier will in any event become more competitive in the prepaid space. The firm maintains Neutral ratings on MetroPCS and Leap.
Celgene Corporation (NASDAQ:CELG): After Celgene announced data for its apremilast treatment for psoriatic arthritis, Rodman & Renshaw believes the tests were successful. The firm now has increased confidence that the company can develop a lucrative inflammatory disease franchise, and it maintains a $79 target and Outperform rating on the stock.
Walgreen Co. (NYSE:WAG): After the Department of Defense’s TRICARE program elected to continue designating Walgreen (NYSE:WAG) a non-network provider, Cantor believes the decision will damage near-term sentiment towards Walgreen. However, the firm continues to predict that Walgreen will recapture 50% of its prior Express Scripts (ESRS) business, and it thinks Walgreen’s earnings trajectory is favorable. The firm maintains a Buy rating on the stock.
