Bp Prudhoe Bay Royal (NYSE:BPT): Due to the unusual market activity in the trust units of BP Prudhoe Bay Royalty Trust, the New York Stock Exchange has contacted the Trust in accordance with its usual practice. The Trust saied that its policy is to not comment on strange market activity. The shares closed at $89.51, up $12.74 or 16.6% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $76.77 to $129.49.

Dell Inc. (NASDAQ:DELL): At the Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin, or IFA, conference, Dell revealed three important additions to its industry-leading XPS brand of computers. Along with the award-winning XPS 13 Ultrabook, and the XPS 14 and XPS 15 laptops, the new XPS computers allow both consumer and business customers to better utilize their technology from multimedia, entertainment and creation to full business productivity for a seamless transition from home to office. The new products include the XPS 10, a 10-inch tablet built in support of WindowsRT; the XPS Duo 12 convertible combining two devices in one, a powerful Ultrabook plus full featured tablet; and XPS One 27 all-in-one PC, offering an impressive Wide Quad HD display, and will be available with touch functionality soon. The shares closed at $10.68, down $0.2 or 1.84% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $10.87 to $18.36.

Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN): LivingSocial has been sued over a phone ad patent, Bloomberg reports. The shares closed at $4.19, down $0.12 or 2.78% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $4.26 to $31.14.
