Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Cor (NYSE:BAH) said that it expects to raise debt in order to finance a special dividend of up to $7.50 per share. Wells Fargo interprets the move as indicating that the firm wants to continue using its existing model rather than searching out future growth opportunities. Wells keeps its Market Perform on the shares.

Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) might be negatively impacted by the current weakness in China and Europe, plus the present consumer buying environment, says Argus, after Advanced Micro Devices (NYSE:AMD) cut its revenue outlook citing similar issues. However, Argus believes that Intel’s more diverse line-up protects it from being influenced by macro trends to the same degree as AMD.
The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE:GS) estimates were lowered by Mike Mayo at CLSA, based on its lower trading volumes, declining investment banking activity, and slowing global asset levels. GS’ shares are kept at Outperform.
