The company also has been considering share repurchasing as way to deliver excess cash to shareholders, and when these requirements are reached, repurchase will likely be value-enhancing. VIVUS Inc. (NASDAQ:VVUS): The move higher in VIVUS shares has been credited to speculation regarding expanded insurance coverage for its new obesity drug. There have been no comments stating any change with the insurers, but the speculation has come from this Aetna link.

Best Buy Co. Inc.
