BofA Sells Property and 3 Movers to Follow

Bank of America Corporation (NYSE:BAC) has listed for sale a large piece of property which it once intended to use for its growing My Work program. However, the company recently changed its policies for the My Work initiative, allowing employees to work from home or in satellite campuses in suburban areas. A company spokeswoman confirms that the program has been updated, but did not supply additional details.

Wal-Mart Stores’ (NYSE:WMT) Walmart Canada said on Friday that it will operate 200 of its 373 stores across the country 24 hours a day in December. More than half of Canada’s Walmart stores will open their doors on December 7th and keep them open until closing time on December 24th.

Caterpillar (NYSE:CAT) and Ariel Corporation have formed a 50-50 joint venture that will supply well service pressure pumping products for its customers in the world oil and gas industry. The combined venture, called Black Horse LLC, also reported the purchase of pump manufacturer ProSource of Houston.

Dendreon Corporation (NASDAQ:DNDN) shares are trading below $5 at $4.73 and have traded between $3.69 and $17.04 during the past 12 months.
