Seattle Genetics Inc. (NASDAQ:SGEN): According to RBC Capital, Seattle Genetics’ flat Adcetris sales may cause concerns regarding the drug’s outlook. However, the firm views the company’s guidance as achievable, while the company is expected to remain a core biotech holding.

(NASDAQ:BIIB): Credit Suisse stated that Biogen (BGEN) will probably not buy Elan (NYSE:ELN) near-term because there would not be much tax benefit, and it would most likely require a 25 percent premium. The company has the right to purchase Tysabri if another buyer surfaces for Elan.

Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. (NYSE:RL) earnings were mixed but the year’s guidance has not changed, according to Credit Suisse. The firm keeps its Outperform rating and continues to search for improved visibility into 2H 2012 re-acceleration.

ArthroCare Corporation (NASDAQ:ARTC): According to Piper Jaffray, after meeting with ArthroCare management,  the firm has a better sense of the company’s near-term growth drivers and improving longer-term opportunity. The firm views the stock as attractive at current levels and maintains an Overweight rating on the stock.

Orion Energy Systems, Inc (NYSE:OESX) had its target lowered by ThinkEquity after the company reported weaker Q1 results than expected. The firm keeps a Buy rating.
