AT&T, Inc. (NYSE:T): When Apple releases their next version of their mobile iOS this fall, iPhone customers will have the option of placing FaceTime video calls over the cellular network; previously, they could only do this on Wi-Fi. On the AT&T, Inc. network, however, that privilege will only be available to customers who have a shared type of data plan, not for those who have the older unlimited or tiered data plans. This has raised a debate about whether or not the carrier is violating government rules. Public Knowledge, a nonprofit group that focuses on Internet law, said that by prohibiting their other customers from using the video-calling feature, AT&T is violating net neutrality rules since they would be blocking a service that potentially competes with their own.

This should help Sprint to post a profit beginning in 2014.
