Chelsea shares closed up 19.08 percent at $1.56, and have been trading between $1.05 and $6.06 in the last 52 weeks.

ProShares UltraPro Short QQQ (NASDAQ:SQQQ) stocks closed up 7.47 percent at $50.81.
