Despite having one of the worst initial public offerings in recent years, Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) is liked by enough employees to rank as the best place to work on the Glassdoor Employee’s Choice Awards 2013.
The company review site recently announced its fifth annual Employees’ Choice Awards, a list of the 50 Best Places to Work. Glassdoor compiles the list entirely from feedback it receives from employees. Surveys are completed anonymously in order to capture sentiment towards career opportunities, compensation and benefits, work/life balance, senior leadership and more.
