The Korean company filed a court motion this week to expand the list of iOS devices that it alleges infringe on its wireless patents, The Verge said. The case is scheduled to start hearing in 2014 and in the same court as the August jury patent trial that ended in a $1.05 billion win for Apple.

The lawsuit originally began as Apple’s complaint against the Galaxy Nexus, but has expanded to include several other devices from both companies after Samsung countersued. Apple recently included the Galaxy S III smartphone, the Galaxy Note, Galaxy Note 10.1, and the Galaxy-specific version of Google’s (NASDAQ:GOOG) Jelly Bean operating system to its list of claims.
