Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) may settle with Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) after initially spending $100 million in its lawsuit against Google’s Android operating system, blogged Dan Lyons of Newsweek. This is on the heels of another rejection in a Dutch court, where Apple had wanted to ban sales of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab.
Apple still seems to have an advantage. Boy Genius reported a Consumer Intelligence Research Partners survey had 36 percent of iPhone 4S buyers using phones with some other operating system prior to their iPhone purchase.
