According to The Wall Street Journal, the battle over sales of locked Apple iPhones has reached Hong Kong after a local telecommunications company filed court documents seeking to contest the practice. According to court documents filed by a unit of PCCW Ltd., Hong Kong’s dominant telecommunications company, the operator has allegedly lost “hundreds of millions of Hong Kong dollars” because Apple’s latest iPhone 5 doesn’t function on their fourth-generation network.

Cyberonics Inc. (NASDAQ:CYBX): Current price $45.10

Cyberonics Inc. reported a fourth quarter earnings per share of $62.7 million and a consensus of $60.59 million. Third quarter  worldwide unit sales of 3,215 were also reported.
