Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) resumed taking online orders for its iPhone 4S from residents of mainland China on Wednesday, but the company was vague on exactly when the devices would be delivered, promising only that they would be delivered some time in February, according to China Daily.

Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) increased the number of products included in its patent lawsuit against Samsung in Australia, according to The Next Web, which cited The Australian newspaper. Apple added ten new products to the lawsuit, which now includes 278 claims, across 22 patents, the publication added.

The Loop’s Jim Dalrymple, who has accurately debunked a number of Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) rumors in the past, disputed a report from Japanese blog Macotakara which claimed Apple would hold a “strange” event in February ahead of the launch of the iPad 3 in March, according to Apple Insider.

Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) has stopped selling several products, including the iPad, the iPhone 4, and the iPhone 3GS, on its German online store, according to Foss Patents, which cited a report by a leading German news agency. Apple took the step in order to comply with an injunction that Motorola Mobility (NYSE:MMI) won against Apple, the publication noted. The IPhone 4S isn’t covered by the injunction, the publication said.

Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) is very unlikely to release its iTV in Q2, as several upstream suppliers including Sharp appear unready to ship the company needed components, according to Digitimes.
