Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT): After examining the preview of Microsoft’s (NASDAQ:MSFT) new Windows 8, Wells Fargo thinks the new product should help the company hold its existing market share and possibly appeal to some tablet users. However, the firm doesn’t expect the new product to stem share gains by Apple, Google’s (NASDAQ:GOOG) Android, and Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN), and the firm maintains a Market Perform rating on Microsoft.

Juniper Networks, Inc.(NYSE:JNPR): Morgan Stanley believes Juniper could be week following recent share strength and near-term weakness in carrier spending. Shares are Overweight rated.

Calix Inc.(NYSE:CALX): Morgan Stanley believes Calix could be week following recent share strength and due to near-term weakness in carrier spending. Shares are Underweight rated.

CIENA Corp.(NASDAQ:CIEN): Morgan Stanley believes Ciena could be week following recent share strength and due to near-term weakness in carrier spending. Shares are Equal Weight rated.

Alcatel-Lucent(NYSE:ALU): Morgan Stanley believes Juniper could be week following recent share strength and due to near-term weakness in carrier spending. Shares are Underweight rated.
