BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. (NASDAQ:BMRN): Piper Jaffray said BioMarin is a takeout candidate but a deal is unlikely prior to the release of its key clinical data in 2H 2012. Shares are Outperform rated with a $43 price target.

Qlik Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:QLIK): After Qlik agreed to buy Expressor Software, an ETL and data management solution provider, JPMorgan believes the integration risk is minimum, since the companies were already partners. The firm thinks that the acquisition will reduce QlikView deployment times versus traditional tools and it maintains an Overweight rating on Qlik.
